Debra Goodin Is The Independent Chairman of the Board of Atlas Arteria Limited (ASX:ALX) And They Just Picked Up 54% More Shares

Even if it's not a huge purchase, we think it was good to see that Debra Goodin, the Independent Chairman of the Board of Atlas Arteria Limited (ASX:ALX) recently shelled out AU$100k to buy stock, at AU$5.61 per share. While that isn't the hugest buy, it actually boosted their shareholding by 54%, which is good to see.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Atlas Arteria

The MD, CEO & Director, Graeme Bevans, made the biggest insider sale in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for AU$234k worth of shares at a price of AU$6.53 each.
