CENSOF will acquire 0.162 million shares and currently holds 58.2% stake and post completion will holds 89.1% stake in Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd. For the financial year ended March 31, 2020 Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd has revenue of MYR 5.2 million, net profit of MYR 1.3 million, total assets of MYR 2.7 million and net assets of MYR 0.81 million.
