お知らせ • Dec 04Charter Hall Group Announces Distribution for the Half Year Ending 31 December 2023, Payable on or Around 29 February 2024Charter Hall Group announced a distribution of 22.09 cents per security (cps) for the half year ending 31 December 2023. This represents a 6.0% increase on the first half of fiscal year 2023 distribution per security of 20.84 cents per security. A portion of this distribution will be paid from both stapled entities based on the following composition: 12.15 cents per security from Charter Hall Property Trust and 9.94 cents per security fully franked dividend from Charter Hall Limited. Record date is 29 December 2023. Securities trade ex-distribution date is 28 December 2023. Payment date is on or around 29 February 2024.

お知らせ • Sep 29Charter Hall Group Announces CFO ChangesCharter Hall Group announced that it has appointed Anastasia Clarke as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing Russell Proutt who resigned to pursue other opportunities. Ms Clarke takes on the role, as well as joining the Charter Hall Executive Committee, having recently announced her resignation as CFO at GPT Group. Ms Clarke has a deep understanding of all aspects of real estate, including listed corporations, funds management, investment, asset management, development and construction, that supports this appointment. Ms Clarke is a current Board Director of the Property Council of Australia and a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW). She was previously a member of the Western Sydney University Audit & Risk Committee. Ms Clarke holds a Bachelor of Accounting with Distinction from the University of Technology, Sydney and completed the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA). Ms Clarke will commence with the Group on 1 February 2024.

The funds from the sale will reduce debt and further support the Bega Group’s strategy and transition to a company focused on market leading brands. お知らせ • Jan 17Charter Hall Group Appoints Stephen Conry AM as Independent Non-Executive DirectorCharter Hall Group announced the appointment of Mr. Stephen Conry AM as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Charter Hall Group. Mr. Conry's appointment takes effect from 16 January 2023. Until 2022, Mr. Conry was the CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle Australia, Australia's largest commercial property services firm, serving in that role for 13 years. Mr. Conry commenced his career with JLL as a valuer and, prior to being appointed CEO, held various state and national business leadership roles as well as serving as an International Director for 22 years. Outside of his executive career, Mr. Conry has held roles with numerous business and community boards, including the Property Council of Australia where he was National President from 2019 to 2021. Mr. Conry is currently Chairman of private investment company Langdon Capital Pty Ltd, a member of the Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal, a Board member of Redkite, a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr. Conry was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in the 2019 Queens Birthday Honours list for his service to the Australian Commercial Property Sector and the Community.
