The Union Government Plans to Merge KIOCL with NMDC The Union government is planning to merge KIOCL Limited (NSEI:KIOCL) ((Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Ltd.) with India’s largest iron ore merchant miner, NMDC Limited (BSE:526371) soon, according to a senior steel ministry official. This follows KIOCL Limited (NSEI:KIOCL)'s challenges in commencing mining operations at Devadari in Karnataka, the official said.
