Tesla: This Could Be The Biggest Disconnect In Market History

Summary Tesla (TSLA) remains overvalued, with a DCF-derived fair value of $100.79 per share versus current exuberant multiples. TSLA faces slowing revenue growth—only 8% expected in 2026—while CapEx is set to exceed $25 billion and free cash flow to be negative. Investors are pricing in future contributions from Robotaxi, Optimus, and AI long before these businesses deliver meaningful revenue. Despite potential near-term rallies from delivery beats, the risk/reward remains unattractive given persistent operational and valuation mismatches. Read the full article on Seeking Alpha

TSLA: Safety Probes And Autonomy Delays Will Challenge AI Narrative Premium

The analyst price target for Tesla has been raised from $175.78 to $198.57 as analysts factor in slightly higher modeled revenue growth, modestly stronger profit margins, a lower discount rate, and a higher assumed future P/E multiple. This is tied to ongoing focus on robotaxis, Optimus, and AI driven narratives over near term delivery trends.
