Inseego: Disappointing Outlook Puts An End To Epic Rally - Sell
Summary On Tuesday, mobile broadband and fixed wireless access solutions provider Inseego reported better than expected Q3/2024 results. However, management provided a disappointing outlook for Q4 with sales from continuing operations expected to decline by approximately 20%. In recent quarters, sales have been bolstered by carrier promotions and a large SaaS contract renewal. However, these tailwinds are not likely to repeat in the near-term. The proposed sale of the Telematics business will negatively impact gross margins and result in an even higher dependence on carrier promotions for the company's products going forward.
