Is Google Stock Undervalued Or Overvalued? Not Close To Undervalued Yet
Given the macro stresses, Google is facing some of its most significant headwinds. Moreover, its robust performances in 2020-21 worsened the near-term comps. We believe the market had de-rated GOOGL stock due to these challenges. In addition, advertisers have been pulling back, and the consumer outlook looks increasingly bleak. But we don't think GOOGL stock is overvalued now. Notwithstanding, it's at most fairly valued as its growth will likely decelerate moving forward. We reiterate our Buy rating. However, we caution our rating is based on a successful re-test of its support level, given the current bearish momentum.
