Fidelity National Financial acquires AllFirst Title Insurance
Fidelity National Financial (NYSE:FNF) said Tuesday it acquired AllFirst Title Insurance Agency and its regional brands. AllFirst management will continue to lead its brands. AllFirst CEO Luke Strawn will report to Joe Grealish, president of eastern operations at FNF and will serve in a regional management role, responsible for AllFirst's operations. "This acquisition brings management talent and immediate revenue to FNF in markets that further expand our national footprint," said FNF CEO Mike Nolan. AllFirst and its portfolio brands provide title examination, title plant, abstract, and settlement services for residential, commercial, farm and ranch sales, and energy projects in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arkansas.
