Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. announced that it has received $15 million in funding Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. (NasdaqGM:CZWI) announced that it has entered into subordinated note purchase agreement with certain accredited purchasers for the gross proceeds of $15,000,000 on August 27, 2020. The notes will mature on September 1, 2030 and carry interest rate of 6.00% from the date of issuance of the notes until, but excluding, September 1, 2025, the interest rate will be reset quarterly to equal the three-month term Secured Overnight Financing Rate, plus 591 basis points. Interest on the Notes will be payable semi-annually in arrears on March 1 and September 1 of each year during the Fixed Interest Period, and quarterly in arrears on March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 of each year during the Floating Interest Period. The notes are expected to qualify as Tier 2 capital for regulatory capital purposes, subject to applicable limitations.
