Insiders Rewarded With S$1.1m Addition To Investment As HG Metal Manufacturing Stock Hits S$53m

HG Metal Manufacturing Limited (SGX:BTG) insiders who bought shares over the past year were rewarded handsomely last week. The stock rose 10%, resulting in a S$9.7m rise in the company's market capitalisation, translating to a gain of 15% on their initial investment. Put another way, the original S$6.97m acquisition is now worth S$8.02m.

Although we don't think shareholders should simply follow insider transactions, we would consider it foolish to ignore insider transactions altogether.
