A Look At Bodyflight Sweden's Liabilities

According to the last reported balance sheet, Bodyflight Sweden had liabilities of kr19.0m due within 12 months, and liabilities of kr31.0m due beyond 12 months. Offsetting these obligations, it had cash of kr2.16m as well as receivables valued at kr660.0k due within 12 months. So its liabilities total kr47.2m more than the combination of its cash and short-term receivables.

The deficiency here weighs heavily on the kr30.8m company itself, as if a child were struggling under the weight of an enormous back-pack full of books, his sports gear, and a trumpet. So we'd watch its balance sheet closely, without a doubt. At the end of the day, Bodyflight Sweden would probably need a major re-capitalization if its creditors were to demand repayment.

We use two main ratios to inform us about debt levels relative to earnings.
