Serneke Group Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

In the last twelve months, the biggest single purchase by an insider was when insider ROBIN GERUM bought kr943k worth of shares at a price of kr47.17 per share. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of kr60.90. Because the shares were purchased at a lower price, this particular buy doesn't tell us much about how insiders feel about the current share price.

While Serneke Group insiders bought shares during the last year, they didn't sell. The chart below shows insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last year. By clicking on the graph below, you can see the precise details of each insider transaction!

Insider Ownership of Serneke Group

Another way to test the alignment between the leaders of a company and other shareholders is to look at how many shares they own. A high insider ownership often makes company leadership more mindful of shareholder interests. It appears that Serneke Group insiders own 9.5% of the company, worth about kr142m. This level of insider ownership is good but just short of being particularly stand-out. It certainly does suggest a reasonable degree of alignment.

So What Do The Serneke Group Insider Transactions Indicate?

The recent insider purchases are heartening. We also take confidence from the longer term picture of insider transactions. However, we note that the company didn't make a profit over the last twelve months, which makes us cautious. Once you factor in the high insider ownership, it certainly seems like insiders are positive about Serneke Group. Looks promising!
