Trade Alert: The Chairman of the Board Of Hybricon Bus System AB (publ) (NGM:HYCO), Martin Rogersson, Has Just Spent kr101k Buying 2.5% More Shares

Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Hybricon Bus System AB (publ) (NGM:HYCO) Chairman of the Board, Martin Rogersson, recently bought kr101k worth of stock, for kr3.60 per share. However, it only increased their shares held by 2.5%, and it wasn't a huge purchase by absolute value, either.

Hybricon Bus System Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent purchase by Martin Rogersson is the biggest insider purchase of Hybricon Bus System shares that we've seen in the last year. So it's clear an insider wanted to buy, at around the current price, which is kr4.10. Of course they may have changed their mind. But this suggests they are optimistic.
