So it might be obvious that you need to consider debt, when you think about how risky any given stock is, because too much debt can sink a company. How Healthy Is Globe International Carriers' Balance Sheet?

The latest balance sheet data shows that Globe International Carriers had liabilities of ₹334.4m due within a year, and liabilities of ₹27.9m falling due after that. Offsetting these obligations, it had cash of ₹7.67m as well as receivables valued at ₹714.0m due within 12 months. So it actually has ₹359.3m more liquid assets than total liabilities.

This surplus suggests that Globe International Carriers has a conservative balance sheet, and could probably eliminate its debt without much difficulty.

Considering this range of data points, we think Globe International Carriers is in a good position to manage its debt levels.
