Does Delek Automotive Systems (TLV:DLEA) Have A Healthy Balance Sheet?

How Strong Is Delek Automotive Systems' Balance Sheet?
We can see from the most recent balance sheet that Delek Automotive Systems had liabilities of ₪3.40b falling due within a year, and liabilities of ₪4.02b due beyond that. On the other hand, it had cash of ₪95.0m and ₪1.25b worth of receivables due within a year. So its liabilities total ₪6.08b more than the combination of its cash and short-term receivables.
The deficiency here weighs heavily on the ₪2.39b company itself, as if a child were struggling under the weight of an enormous back-pack full of books, his sports gear, and a trumpet. Our View

But at least it's pretty decent at converting EBIT to free cash flow; that's encouraging. Overall, it seems to us that Delek Automotive Systems's balance sheet is really quite a risk to the business.
