China Silver Technology Holdings Limited Appointment of Liang Jiaxin as Executive Director The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of China Silver Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company", which together with its subsidiaries is collectively referred to as the "Group") announced that on 30 May 2022, Ms. Liang Jiaxin ("Ms. Liang") was appointed as an executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
