He has been a Director of certain subsidiaries of the China State Construction since 2002. Mr. Wu has over 23 years’ experience in finance management, construction engineering and project management. He assists in managing the China State Construction’s construction operation in Mainland China. He served as an Executive Director of China State Construction International Holdings Limited from June 2014 to August 21, 2018. Mr. Wu graduated from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics and obtained a degree of Executive Master of Business Administration from Nankai University.

Further, it engages in building construction and project management activities; and property holding business. The company was formerly known as Far East Global Group Limited and changed its name to China State Construction Development Holdings Limited in March 2019. China State Construction Development Holdings Limited was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Chai Wan, Hong Kong.
