Mr. Michel Hochard has been the Chief Executive Officer of Établissements Maurel & Prom Société anonyme since May 26, 2014 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since September 5, 2007 until May 2014. Mr. Hochard serves as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of MPI Société Anonyme and served as its Chief Operating Officer. He served as Managing Director of MPI Société Anonyme. He served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Maurel & Prom Nigeria société anonyme since August 26, 2014 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until August 27, 2014. Mr. Hochard served as Administrative & Financial Director of Maurel & Prom SA since September 2007. Mr. Hochard joined the Finance Department of the Elf Aquitaine Group as an internal auditor in 1980 after gaining experience with an accounting firm. He joined the Exploration & Production division of Elf Gabon in 1982 and since 1988 served as its Head of Finance, Africa & the Middle East, where he was responsible for coordinating and controlling financial functions for the group's subsidiaries in the region. Mr. Hochard served as Finance Director of SNEAP and then at Elf Aquitaine Production (after its privatisation) and at Elf E&P after the restructuring of its Exploration & Production activities. He served as Deputy Human Resources Director of Elf E&P since 1997. Since 2001, he served at PricewaterhouseCoopers BPO as Operations Director of Outsourcing France. Mr. Hochard served as Member of the Executive Committee In Charge of Legal Matters, Finance and Administration since 2003 and was involved in developing international activities within the GEOS group, specializing in risk prevention and management. He has been a Director of Pebercan Inc. since February 12, 2008. He has been Non-Executive Director of Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc since December 14, 2009. He graduate in Accounting from Commercial Institute of Nancy.
