The company holds 100% interests in the MacArthur and Yerington properties; and the Blue Copper prospect comprising approximately 7,430 acres located in Powell County, and Lewis and Clark County in Montana. It also holds an option to earn a 100% interest in the Bear and Butte Valley properties located in Nevada; a 90% interest in the Groundhog copper prospect located to the southwest of Anchorage, Alaska; holds a 100% interest in the Chaco Bear property located in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia; and the Ashton property located in Lytton, British Columbia, as well as holds a 100% interest in the Wassuk property that consisting of 310 unpatented lode claims and totaling approximately 6,400 acres located in Lyon County, Nevada.
