Susan MacDonald Is The Independent Director of Waypoint REIT (ASX:WPR) And Just Spent AU$75k On Shares

Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Waypoint REIT (ASX:WPR) Independent Director, Susan MacDonald, recently bought AU$75k worth of stock, for AU$2.67 per share. Nevertheless, it only increased their shareholding by a minuscule percentage, and it wasn't a massive purchase by absolute value, either.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Waypoint REIT

In fact, the recent purchase by Susan MacDonald was the biggest purchase of Waypoint REIT shares made by an insider individual in the last twelve months, according to our records. That means that an insider was happy to buy shares at above the current price of AU$2.59. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future.
