Insiders who bought Rox Resources Limited (ASX:RXL) last year must be regretting not buying more as market cap hits AU$36m

Rox Resources Limited (ASX:RXL) insiders who bought shares over the past year were rewarded handsomely last week. The stock rose 12%, resulting in a AU$3.8m rise in the company's market capitalisation. As a result, the stock they originally bought for AU$53k is now worth AU$57k.

Looking at the total insider shareholdings in a company can help to inform your view of whether they are well aligned with common shareholders.
