As announced at the AGM, Don Koch, BNK's long-serving Chairman who recently announced his retirement from the BNK Board, formally steps down effective today. BNK Banking Corporation Limited Announces Management Changes BNK Banking Corporation Limited announced the retirement of Chairman, Don Koch and Jon Denovan, BNK's Independent Deputy Chairman, has been elected as Independent Chairman of the Company following the retirement of Don Koch, effective September 18, 2023. Mr. Koch intends to remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director until the conclusion of the Company's 2023 annual general meeting in November 2023. Mr. Denovan is a leading lawyer in financial services regulation, with significant banking, commercial, and property experience. He joined the BNK Board in 2019 and holds directorships with several other finance and property private companies. Mr. Denovan thanked Mr. Koch for enabling an orderly transition of his duties.
