A consortium led by HOF Capital Management, LLC, including BlueFive Capital completed the acquisition of 20.60% stake in Rimac Automobili d.o.o. from Porsche Automobil Holding SE (XTRA:PAH3).

A consortium led by HOF Capital Management, LLC, including BlueFive Capital signed a transaction agreement to acquire 20.60% stake in Rimac Automobili d.o.o. from Porsche Automobil Holding SE (XTRA:PAH3) on April 23,2026. In related separate agreement, Porsche will fully divest its equity stakes in Bugatti Rimac d.o.o to the HOF Capital-led consortium. HOF Capital will additionally join Rimac Group as the largest shareholder alongside Mate Rimac, founder of Rimac and CEO of Bugatti Rimac. The transaction is subject to approval by regulatory board / committee. The expected completion of the transaction is before the end of 2026. Stewart Worthy, E. A consortium led by HOF Capital Management, LLC, including BlueFive Capital completed the acquisition of 20.60% stake in Rimac Automobili d.o.o. from Porsche Automobil Holding SE (XTRA:PAH3) on September 9 2026. Porsche’s combined interests in Bugatti Rimac d.o.o and Rimac Automobili d.o.o were sold in a transaction valued at approximately €1 billion. Following completion of the transaction, HOF holds a 23.5% stake and becomes the largest shareholder in Rimac Group, which holds the 55% controlling interest in Bugatti Rimac. HOF and its consortium also acquired Porsche’s direct 45% interest in Bugatti Rimac. As part of the investment, HOF Capital holds three supervisory board seats across Rimac Group and Bugatti Rimac. Hisham Elhaddad, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of HOF Capital, has joined the Supervisory Boards of both Bugatti Rimac and Rimac Group. Josh Klaczek, Partner at HOF Capital, joins the Rimac Group Supervisory Board as the firm’s second representative.

A consortium led by HOF Capital Management, LLC, including BlueFive Capital signed a transaction agreement to acquire 45% stake in Bugatti Rimac d.o.o from Porsche Automobil Holding SE (XTRA:PAH3) on April 23, 2026. Porsche holds a minority stake of 45% and Rimac Group owns 55% stake in Bugatti Rimac. Porsche also holds a 20.6% stake in Rimac Group. In related separate agreement, Porsche will fully divest its equity stakes in Rimac Group to the HOF Capital-led consortium. Following completion, Rimac Group is set to take control of Bugatti Rimac and form a strategic partnership with HOF Capital and BlueFive Capital to support its continued growth.
