The company also engages in the operation of clean energy projects; construction of photovoltaic power plants and clean heat supply facilities; trading platform structure; financial taxation analysis; investment in securities; property holding; issuance of guaranteed bonds and perpetual capital instruments; infrastructure development; and trading of equipment. The company was formerly known as China Shandong Hi-Speed Financial Group Limited and changed its name to Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Group Limited in July 2022.
