The Christian Community Foundation, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire remaining 50.5% stake in Salem Media Group, Inc. (OTCPK:SALM) for $22.6 million. The Christian Community Foundation, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire remaining 50.5% stake in Salem Media Group, Inc. (OTCPK:SALM) for $22.6 million on May 12, 2026. Under the terms of the agreement, WaterStone will acquire all outstanding shares of Salem Media common stock for $1.00 per share, representing approximately a 250% premium over Salem’s recent trading price. This transaction will take Salem Media Group, Inc. private.
