The company owns 100% interests in the Gold Bar gold mine located in Nevada; the Fox Complex that consists of 132 parcels, including patents and leases, and 163 unpatented mining claims totaling 28 square miles in mining rights, as well as 13 square miles in surface rights located in Ontario, Canada; and the Fenix project located in Mexico. It also holds a portfolio of exploration properties in Nevada, Canada, Mexico, and Argentina. The company was formerly known as McEwen Mining Inc. and changed its name to McEwen Inc. in June 2025. McEwen Inc. was incorporated in 1979 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
