Recent DOX News & Updates

Seeking Alpha Aug 27

Amdocs Offers A Clear Value Case

Summary Amdocs offers steady cash flow, resilient margins, and a robust backlog yet trades at deep discounts to sector averages. DOX maintains strong free cash flow guidance ($710–$730 million for FY26), with 90% conversion from non-GAAP net income and a $4.26 billion backlog. Capital returns remain attractive: a 3.57% dividend yield, consistent buybacks, and ample liquidity with $206 million cash and $520 million in unused revolver. I reiterate a Buy rating; risk/reward is compelling, as the market prices in an unwarranted long-term decline despite stable performance and upside from AI and cloud. Amdocs' updated analyst fair value estimate has shifted from $81.21 to about $75.94 as analysts factor in a higher discount rate, slightly softer revenue growth assumptions, and a lower future P/E multiple, despite a higher projected profit margin and ongoing confidence in the company's telecom leadership and early stage AI opportunity. What’s in the News for Amdocs Liberty Latin America entered a 10 year engagement with Amdocs to manage its end to end IT ecosystem across Latin America and the Caribbean, using the Amdocs Agentic Operating System to support AI driven operations, cost savings, and continuity of service during the transition.
