Celsius: Oversold While Nearing Technical Support - Rich Upsides Trigger Buy Rating

Summary Celsius's acquisition of Alani Nu expanded its Energy MULO+W/C Dollar Share to 20.9% (+10.1% YoY), capturing share from Red Bull/Monster while supporting the former's renewed growth prospects. Their innovation pipeline for the legacy CELSIUS brand and the expanded international footprint are also driving incremental market share gains/growth opportunities. Thanks to the -50.6% stock correction, CELH trades at a discounted P/E of 17.83x and a PEG of 1.02x, while offering an excellent upside potential to my bull-case LTPT of $47.70. Combined with the richer cash flows and the healthier balance sheet, I believe the company is likely to deliver robust H2'26 numbers after completing the distribution transition. CELH is reiterated as a buy near its technical support, albeit with volatility risks, given the new investigation in Texas and the elevated short interest. Read the full article on Seeking Alpha
