Genome & Company announced a private placement of 467,287 Voting Convertible Preferred Shares of the company at an issue price of KRW 6420 for gross proceeds of KRW 2,999,982,540 March 5, 2026. The transaction is expected to close on March 13, 2026. The Shares are on a hold period for 1 year. The transaction involves participation from returning investors The Korea Securities Finance Corporation for 218,067 Shares, Shinhan Bank for 93,457 shares and NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. for 155,763 shares of the company. The Preferred Shares 100% convertible into 467,287 Common Shares f the company at a conversion value of KRW 6,420 and the conversion billing period will start from March 14, 2027 till March 13, 2031. On the same day the company announced that it will issue Zero-coupon Series 4 Unregistered Interest Unsecured Private Convertible Bonds due March 13, 2031 for gross proceeds of KRW 27,000,000,000.
