Prism Johnson Limited Announces Executive Changes
Prism Johnson Limited announced the board of directors vide resolutions passed by circulation on March 24, 2025 have, inter alia: Approved appointment of Mr. Sanjay Roy as chief executive officer (RMC) Designate of the Company, a Senior Management Personnel within the meaning of SEBI LODR, with effect from March 24, 2025. Mr. Roy will be responsible for Ready-mixed Concrete (RMC) Business of the company. Designated Mr. Gopal Bihani, Senior Vice President Franchise & Construction Chemical Business of RMC Division of the Company, as Senior Management Personnel within the meaning of SEBI LODR with effect from March 24, 2025. Mr. Gopal Bihani is responsible for scaling up the construction chemicals business in a profitable and sustainable manner and drive the RMC Franchisee plants expansion plan; Designated Mr. Samir Jana, President - Operations (Durgapur & Vijayawada Plants) of HRJ Division of the Company, as Senior Management Personnel within the meaning of SEBI LODR with effect from March 24, 2025. Mr. Samir Jana is responsible for production, quality, cost reduction, new product development and plant operations at Durgapur and Vijayawada Plants; Designated Mr. Anoop Sreekumar, President Marketing and Emerging Business of HRJ Division of the Company, as Senior Management Personnel within the meaning of SEBI LODR with effect from March 24, 2025. Mr. Anoop Sreekumar is responsible for expanding emerging business segments, strengthening the company's global market presence, fostering innovation and driving sustainable growth. Mr. Sanjay Roy, 56 years, holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) from Pune University and MBA in Marketing Management from Corporate Executive Board, UK. He has over 32 years of rich experience in the Ready Mix Concrete and Construction Industry. He has worked in ACC Limited, part of Adani Group, where his last position was Chief Executive - Concrete Business. Prior to joining the Company, he was in Aparna Enterprises Ltd. as Head of Concrete Business. Mr. Roy has led various functions such as Business Development, Strategic Planning, Capex and Project Management, Profit Centre & Key Account Management, Cost saving initiatives, Resource Optimisation etc. During his career span, Mr. Roy was instrumental in various turnarounds in all strategic markets. Mr. Gopal Bihani is a Commerce Graduate and a Chartered Accountant carrying around 27 years of rich and varied experience in the fields of finance & accounts, business excellence, sourcing efficiency & supply chain, mergers & acquisitions, investor relationship, business planning & strategy, innovation & business transformation, risk management and ERP implementation etc. Before joining the company, Mr. Gopal Bihani has worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Future Consumer Limited, Aadhaar Retailing Limited anq GJ Future Fashion Limited. He started his career with H & R Johnson (India) Limited in the year 1999. He started his career with H & R Johnson (India) Limited in the year 1999. As the business head of Farm Fresh (part of Future Group) he created end to end value supply chain of farm fresh products on pan India basis and was awarded in Food World. Mr. Bihani actively participated in setting up a Mega Food Park at Tumkur in Kamataka, which was inaugurated by Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the year 2014. Mr. Bihani has played several versatile leadership roles in different sectors, such as building materials, manufacturing, food processing, retailing, and NBFC. Mr. Samir Jana is a B.Tech from Calcutta University and MBA from TASMAC, Pune. Mr. Jana has more than 33 years of rich and varied experience with in-depth business insight and knowledge of the building materials industry, especially the ceramic tiles industry. He led various functions like Operations, Production and Technical and held leadership positions at prominent companies such as Malwa Mirage Ceramics Pvt. Ltd., Orient Bell Ltd., Bharat Potteries Ltd. and Somany Pilkington's Ltd. Mr. Anoop Sreekumar is Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and a seasoned industry leader with over 25 years of rich experience in the fields of marketing strategy and emerging businesses segment. At Prism Johnson Limited, he has played a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies and expanding emerging business segments of the HRJ Division. He has been instrumental in strengthening the company' s global market presence, fostering innovation and driving sustainable growth.
