Looking ahead to the medium term, however, savings in fixed costs, measures to enhance productivity, diversification of the supplier structure, the strategic expansion of the product portfolio and the repositioning of the segments point to a certain success from today’s perspective. Printad Verlags-GmbH offered to acquire remaining 70.01% stake in InTiCa Systems AG (XTRA:IS7) for €17.7 million on August 17, 2020. Printad Verlags will acquire all the shares that are not directly held by it for €6 each. The offer is conditional upon reaching a minimum acceptance threshold of 50% of the total of all InTiCa shares.
