Announces Board and Committee Changes Effective February 5, 2026 ZipRecruiter, Inc. announced the appointment of Jennifer Saenz to the company’s Board of Directors and the resignation of Yvonne Hao from her position as a member of the Board, both effective February 5, 2026. Jennifer Saenz will also serve as a member of ZipRecruiter’s Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Jennifer Saenz has held senior leadership roles at Albertsons Companies, a food and drug retailer, since July 2021. She has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer since June 2025. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, Pharmacy and E-Commerce Operations from April 2024 to June 2025 and as Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer from July 2021 to April 2024. Prior to Albertsons, Ms. Saenz held multiple roles at PepsiCo, a food and beverage company, including Global Chief Marketing Officer and President, Global Foods, from August 2005 to June 2021. She holds a B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
