During his tenure, his contribution and leadership have been critical to the direction of the Group's business. Mr. Paul Baloyi has been appointed to the Board as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 1 April 2025, and to succeed Thabo as the Chairman of the Board with effect from 1 September 2025.
