Palladyne AI Announces Appointment of Lt. Gen. Sean A. Gainey to Defense Advisory Board Palladyne AI announced that retired Lt. Gen. Sean A. Gainey had joined the Company’s Defense Advisory Board. Gainey most recently served as Commanding General of U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command and Commander of Joint Task Force-Gold, the homeland integrated air and missile defense command that serves as the operational arm for layered defense systems provided by Golden Dome. Gainey built the joint force’s doctrine for counter-drone operations as founding Director of the Joint Counter-UAS Office, and previously commanded U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command at the convergence of space, missile defense, and homeland air defense. As Commanding General of Joint Task Force-Gold, Gainey assisted in shaping Golden Dome’s architecture from the Army’s most relevant command and built the operational staff foundation on which its execution will depend. Palladyne Ai Corp. Announces Appointment to Defense Advisory Board Palladyne AI Corp. announced that retired Lt. Gen. Sean Bernabe and retired Brig. Gen. Gwyn Armfield have joined the Company’s Defense Advisory Board. The appointments come as Palladyne AI scales its defense business in response to accelerating Department of War investment in autonomous and collaborative unmanned systems. Together, Bernabe and Armfield bring complementary experience across large-scale Army operations, Air Force special operations, coalition warfare, and the integration of advanced technology into warfighter hands. Their input will shape how Palladyne AI develops and fields its SwarmOS, BRAIN, and IntelliSwarm platforms. Most recently, Bernabe served as Deputy Commanding General of U.S. ArmyEurope and Africa, helping oversee operations across Europe and Africa supporting more than 43,000 military and civilian personnel across 133 locations. He also brings practical defense technology experience across artificial intelligence, robotics, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), counter-UAS, integrated air and missile defense, and command-and-control systems. Armfield retired from the United States Air Force after nearly three decades of service. He served as U.S. Central Command Vice Director for Strategy and Plans, Deputy Commanding General for U.S. and Coalition Special Operations Forces in Afghanistan, and commanded special operations units at the squadron, group, wing, and Special Mission Unit levels. Announces Board and Executive Changes, Effective March 2, 2026 Palladyne AI Corp. announced the appointment of Mr. Matthew Muta as President, Commercial and Industrial, effective March 2, 2026. In connection with Mr. Muta's appointment, on February 13, 2026, Mr. Muta announced his intention to resign from the board of directors of the Company upon commencement of employment on March 2, 2026. On February 17, 2026, Mr. Muta delivered his resignation letter to such effect. Palladyne AI Corp. Appoints Stephen M. Twitty to the Board of Directors as Class I Director, Effective September 22, 2025 Palladyne AI Corp. announced that on September 22, 2025, its board of directors upon recommendation from the nominating and corporate governance committee of the Board, appointed Stephen M. Twitty to serve as a Class I director of the Company, effective as of September 22, 2025, with an initial term expiring at the Company’s 2028 annual meeting. Stephen “Steph” M. Twitty has joined the Board of Directors. Twitty retired from the United States Army as a Lieutenant General after 40 years of distinguished service. General Twitty’s appointment underscores Palladyne AI’s commitment to bridging advanced embodied AI technology with real-world defense applications in the near term. Twitty had a decorated military career as an infantry officer in the Army, commanding units in nearly every echelon and serving in five combat tours. In his final military assignment, Twitty served as the Deputy Commander of the United States European Command in Stuttgart, Germany. He has received numerous awards, including the Silver Star Medal, nation’s 3rd highest award for valor. Mr. Twitty is President of Twitty and Associates LLC, a strategic and operational planning consulting firm. Mr. Twitty also served as the senior executive lead for U.S. training operations at Valiant Integrated Services from August 2020 to July 2025. Mr. Twitty has served as a director at Karman Space and Defense (NYSE: KRMN) since February 2025, Weibel Scientific since September 2024 and at Meroxa Inc. since May 2025. Prior to that, he served as chairman of the board at Nusura Inc. Mr. Twitty is currently a board advisor at Accelint, Dataminr, HD T-Global, and Raft Inc., and served as an advisor to the Company from 2022 until his appointment as a director. He is also a senior advisor at the Chertoff Group and Ernst &Young (EY). Mr. Twitty retired in 2020 from the United States Army as a Lieutenant General after 40 years of distinguished military service as an infantry officer. In his final assignment in the military, Mr. Twitty served as the Deputy Commander of United States European Command in Stuttgart, Germany. Mr. Twitty holds a master’s degree in administration from Central Michigan University, a master’s degree in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University, and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from South Carolina State University. He is a Distinguished Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). Mr. Twitty is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a nonpartisan independent think tank.
