As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to an aggregate nominal value of up to approximately 10% of the company’s share capital(NOK 60.42 million). The consideration per share may not be less than NOK 1 and may not exceed NOK 200. The authorization is valid until the Annual General Meeting in 2024, however no longer than until June 30, 2024. As of April 18, 2023, the company had 604,242,218 shares in issue. On April 28, 2023, the company announced a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 500,000 shares, for NOK 4 million worth of its shares.
