The board further announces that, with effect from 29 February 2024, Mr. Wong has also been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee of the Company and a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee of the company. Mr. Wong Sze Lok, aged 51, has extensive experience in auditing and corporate governance. Mr. Wong obtained a bachelor of arts degree in accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in November 1996 and a master of management degree from Macquarie University in November 2004 and a certificate of higher education in Law from University of Essex in December 2021. Following the respective removals, with immediate effect Mr. Zhang ceased to be the authorized representative of the Company and Mr. Cheng ceased to be a member of the audit committee of the Company and the chairman of each of the nomination committee of the Company and the remuneration committee of the Company.
