Vobile Group Limited Announces Board Changes The Board of Vobile Group Limited announced that Mr. CHAN Ching Yan Daniel has been appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the AGM held on 30 June 2022.
