IPD Group has the right to receive and pay a break fee of AUD 1 million. The acquisition is subject to approval by shareholders of Excelsior. The Board of ECL unanimously recommends that ECL shareholders vote in favor of the transaction. Completion of the acquisition is anticipated to occur by February 2024. ECL intends to use the net proceeds delivered by the transaction to further develop and grow its primary investment portfolio business.
