Hulamin Limited Announces Board Changes Hulamin Limited announced that Mr. Thabo Leeuw, the independent non-executive chairman of Company has intention to retire from the board of directors of Company after serving the Company and its shareholders for 17 years, with effect from 31 August 2025.
