Five Point Holdings (FPH) has delivered a remarkable turnaround, as evidenced by its Q4 results and 2025 guidance that far exceeded expectations. Under the leadership of a consistently strong management team, the company has made impressive strides in property sales, debt reduction, and operational efficiency, while unlocking significant value from its real estate portfolio.

ARM ( NASDAQ:ARM ) the company who's tech you find in almost every smartphone, tablet, and more recently in all modern mainstream Apple devices (M series chips) are a perfectly suited to harness the new "AI hotness" such as DeepSeek. While ARM did sell much of its stake in it's subsidiary (ARM China), ARM is now looking to sell directly to China and is well positioned to design chips which meet or sidestep export controls.

NVIDIA's stock price has recently declined to $116, which I perceive as an overreaction by the market. I have entered a position from to $128 and executed a swing trade from $128 to a TP of $141, based on technical analysis indicating a potential rise to close the gap at $141.

The company’s operations rely on managing assets on behalf of institutional investors, while also holding significant proprietary investments “Withdrawals and reinvestments” One key reason Brookfield often shows negative revenue growth or cash flow fluctuations is its strategic reinvestment approach: Brookfield regularly withdraws money to distribute dividends or reinvest in other projects, resulting in financial metrics (like revenue growth or net income) that can seem negative or inconsistent.

Risks Stock appears to be risky if the company does not change its course from dipping below $1. Many software plays have found themselves stuck in the $1-2 range languishing without direction.

Bear case Recent announcements by CEO about getting back to the Starbucks way are vague. Claims about improving customer experience by bringing back quicker service and improving in-store experience but also announcing job cuts and focus on online orders are not compatible.
