Share structure: as of 24/08/2025 Market Cap: US$85.283m Shares Outstanding: 926.99m This is due to heavy debt restructuring with TEK Resources and Sprott Inc, leaving them with a joint ownership of over 50% This isn't good but it has a "silver lining" the two recipients of the equities are the 2 largest shareholders and the greatest beneficiaries of the the final product. Imho they will make certain Bunker Hill gets over the line next year.
