Given the customer base and the story, this should be possible. I find the most valuable “property” particularly interesting, as it solves the electricity problem.

Appreciate the breakdown. Since I’m new to this, I’m trying to figure out why the stock keeps dropping even though silver and other miners are climbing. Would love your take. I am onboard with you to hold but for very different reasons - for me it's because it's one of the first stocks I've bought in the sector - probably shouldn't have started with high risk but YOLO right :-)
