Dream Finders Homes and Ward Communities Secure $1.3M Maryland Energy Grant to Pioneer Geothermal Leasing with Dandelion Energy and Upstream Lease in New Home Developments Dandelion Energy announced two new homebuilder partnerships, totaling 129 homes, with Dream Finders Homes and Ward Communities. In partnership with Upstream, these projects have been awarded $1.3 million in funding from the Maryland Energy Administration through the Maryland Ground Source Heat Pump Advantage Pilot Program.
