Announces Executive Changes The board of directors of MOBI Development Co., Ltd. announced that Ms. Zhou Lingbo ("Ms. Zhou") and Mr. Ye Rong ("Mr. Ye") have been appointed as executive directors of the Company, all with effect from 21 June 2023.
