Recent News & Updates
Public Storage Remains A High-Conviction REIT Investment
Public Storage has outperformed the S&P 500 this year (so far) by a wide margin as investors rush to buy quality yield. The company hasn't hiked its dividend since 2017 but is finally benefiting from a return in FFO growth. I am looking to add more PSA shares as I am a strong believer in self-storage despite the company's somewhat lofty valuation.
