DiamondRock Hospitality Company (the “Company” or “we”) is a lodging-focused real estate company that owns a portfolio of premium hotels and resorts. As of March 31, 2024, the company owned 36 hotels with 9,757 guest rooms. Company's hotels are concentrated in major urban markets and in destination resort locations and more than 60% of our hotels are operated under a brand owned by one of the leading global lodging brand companies (Marriott International, Inc., Hilton Worldwide, or IHG Hotels & Resorts).
