Maple Leaf Green World Inc. Announces Board Changes Maple Leaf Green World Inc. appointed Herman Xiwen Luo as Director of the company. Mr. Luo joins Maple Leaf with over 10 years experience of providing consulting service to foreign investors and personnels interested in investing and immigrating to Canada. In 2016, he led an Alberta Economic and Trade Delegation to Beijing to promote economic and trading activities between both countries, since then, he has successfully helped several Chinese elites immigrated to Canada and many Chinese entrepreneurs started up business in Canada. Mr. Luo has experience in real estate, investment strategy, contract negotiations and public relations. His is graduated from Sun Wen College of Zhongshan University, Guangdong, China with a bachelor's degree in economics management. Mr. Luo is fluent in Mandarin; Cantonese; and English and is well known in the Chinese community in Calgary. The Company is currently negotiating several promising projects including renewable energy and green housing in Alberta. With the addition of Mr. Luo to the Company's management team, he will assist the Company to develop an action plan to fund and develop those projects more promptly. Debuts Phoenix Crave with Hempacco Maple Leaf Green World Inc. announced it will debut their CBG Hemp Cigarettes at the TPE Tobacco Plus Expo this upcoming May 12-14 at booth 10106. Maple Leaf, tasking their new brand manager and joint venture partner Hempacco, has created the first in a new line of hemp cigarettes that will include CBG, CBD, and other functional smokes that will make their debut at the TPE Tobacco Plus Expo this upcoming May 12-14, 2021 at booth 10106. Maple Leaf will manufacture their all-natural hemp cigarettes using CBG from their CBG farm located in Riverside, California, minutes away from the hemp cigarette manufacturing facility. The Company entered the pre-manufacturing phase of brand management with partner Hempacco; after the artwork was completed, the box was designed, and all the branding and fabrication elements were ordered. Maple Leaf Green World Inc. Announces Its New CBG Cigarette Brand, Phoenix Crave Maple Leaf Green World Inc. announced that it is preparing to market its new 20-pack CBG Hemp Cigarettes under the brand “Phoenix Crave”. Phoenix Crave cigarettes are naturally flavored from the Company’s high quality hemp that was organically grown indoors. Each cigarette will contain a minimum of 0.4 grams of CBG and will feature three blends: Platinum, Gold and Silver. The Company’s joint venture business partner, Hempacco, is assisting the Company to develop this new brand name and is ready to enter the final production phase for Phoenix Crave in the coming weeks. The new e-commerce platform is currently in development with the assistance of Hempacco and will debut Phoenix Crave Gold. Current products such as the CBG Flower Jars, Pre-rolls and Pre-rolls 2-pack will also be featured on the platform shortly after. This new e-commerce platform will enable the Company to market its hemp products across the United States and internationally. The Company’s custom pre-roll cones order has been completed by its supplier and is expected to arrive at its facility next week. These custom pre-rolls will be packaged with a premium blend of CBG and will be marketed by the Company’s own sales team to distributors in California. The e-commerce website and the sales team will operate concurrently to maximize its sales and market penetration. The Company would also like to announce that its second harvest will be completed this week. Maple Leaf Green World Inc. Signs Agreement with Hempacco, Co. Inc. to Manufacture and Market Its CBG Hemp Cigarettes Maple Leaf Green World Inc. announced it has signed an agreement with Hempacco Co. Inc. to develop, manufacture and market its new brand of CBG Hemp cigarettes. The Agreement aims to develop a new CBG hemp cigarette brand for Maple Leaf using their California-grown hemp. Hempacco will handle all of the research, development, and manufacturing of a retail-ready 20-pack CBG-rich hemp cigarette brand. The hemp cigarette private label manufacturing agreement is for five (5) years consists of two (2) phases. The first phase is hemp cigarette product development, including Research & Development, Business Modelling, and hemp cigarette white label Manufacturing sub-phases. Hempacco will undertake all the necessary work for the three (3) sub-phases, including packaging and shipping, where Maple Leaf supplies raw hemp material. Maple Leaf and Hempacco will jointly develop branding and packaging artwork that Hempacco will manufacture. The second phase is to establish an e-commerce Strategy, which will expand Maple Leaf’s online and social media presence by developing a full e-commerce platform. Through the Company’s new hemp cigarette online store, CBG hemp cigarettes, packaged flower jars, and subsequent product developments will be available for purchase and shipped across the United States and Overseas. Both phases will commence immediately. Hempacco will invest in the brand by paying for all the initial start-up costs associated with both phases. Maple Leaf will contribute to the manufacturing and order processing cost when sales are made. As compensation for Hempacco’s services, Maple Leaf will pay Hempacco two (2) million common shares at $0.075 per share for phase 1 and one (1) million common shares at $0.075 per share for phase 2 provided that both phases are completed within 45 days after the agreement date and accepted by Maple Leaf. The issuance of three (3) million common shares is subject to Maple Leaf’s Broad of Directors and Neo Stock Exchange's approval. The Agreement will leverage Hempacco’s fully integrated supply chain to manufacture, package, market, and distribute Maple Leaf’s CBG Hemp Cigarettes as well as leveraging Maple Leaf’s digital branding artwork, expertise in cultivating high quality, organic CBG Hemp, and its role as a gateway for penetrating international markets. By utilizing the resources from both Maple Leaf and Hempacco, the Agreement will disrupt the cigarette industry by providing a naturally great-tasting alternative to traditional tobacco and nicotine cigarettes. Maple Leaf Green World Inc. announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.195 million in funding Maple Leaf Green World Inc. (OTCPK:MGWF.F) announced that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of minimum of up to up to 3,000,000 common shares at a price of CAD 0.065 per share for gross proceeds of up to CAD 195,000 on February 10, 2021. All securities issued under the transaction will be subject to a four-month hold period from the closing date in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws, in addition to such other restrictions as may apply under applicable securities laws of jurisdictions outside Canada. The transaction is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all applicable regulatory approvals including approval of the Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc.
