Mr. Jiang joined China Rare Earth Group as an officer in the sales department of Yixing Xinwei Leeshing Rare Earth Company Limited, a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the China Rare Earth Group, in March 2006. He served as the head of the sales department in February 2010 and was mainly responsible for exportation of products of the Group. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Yangzhou University in June 2006.

It also provides refractory products, such as high temperature ceramics products and magnesium grains for use in heat-treatment facilities for the petrochemical, steel metallurgy, non-ferrous metallurgy, glass, construction material, chemical fertilizer, and ceramics industries. In addition, the company trades in rare earth products. It exports its rare earth products to the United States, Japan, Europe, and Korea; and its refractory products to Japan. The company was formerly known as Yixing Xinwei Holdings Limited. China Rare Earth Holdings Limited was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Yixing, the People’s Republic of China.
