Rare Earths Americas, Inc. is an exploration stage company advancing a portfolio of critical minerals projects focused on high-grade heavy rare earth mineral assets in United States and Brazil. Its projects include Shiloh Project located approximately 110 km south-west from Atlanta, Georgia, the United States; Alpha Project, a Brazilian Ionic Clay (IAC) project located in Bahia, Brazil; and Constellation Project, an ionic clay rare earth project located in the Poços de Caldas region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The company also holds interest in the Homer Project that hosts multiple large carbonatite clusters with potential for rare earth minerals and niobium located in Goiás, Brazil, as well as Liberty Peak property located in Georgia, United States.
