The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Shift4 Payments

Notably, that recent purchase by Founder Jared Isaacman was not the only time they bought Shift4 Payments shares this year. They previously made an even bigger purchase of US$5.8m worth of shares at a price of US$67.09 per share. That implies that an insider found the current price of US$71.14 per share to be enticing. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future. If someone buys shares at well below current prices, it's a good sign on balance, but keep in mind they may no longer see value. The good news for Shift4 Payments share holders is that an insider was buying at near the current price. The only individual insider to buy over the last year was Jared Isaacman.

Jared Isaacman purchased 169.21k shares over the year. The average price per share was US$66.96.
